The S-TRIBE also provides the retro halogen effect through the powerful main LED sources.
Just like the Mantis, the S-TRIBE has five powerful main LED sources with halogen effect, which work in the 1600-2900K range. They are mounted on the bottom of the trapezoidal reflector that emphasizes the light effect. At low values they emit a warm, pleasant light, and at 100% the light is very strong, blinding and cool. In addition to these sources, the S-TRIBE also has ten separate RGBW LED sources, which thanks to their colors can completely change the nature of the product and multiply the setup possibilities. There are different dimming curves for controlling the LED sources. The light sources work with 16 bits, which makes dimming and mixing colors very smooth. The S-TRIBE also has a strobe option. This means that the fixture has 97 DMX channels (minimum 12) in the highest setting. Due to such a large number of channels, Portman decided to add the option of Art-Net control in addition to the standard DMX connector.
